Mr. Rakesh Sachdeva , graduate in law from University of Delhi, is an Accredited Mediator of the Singapore Mediation Center & the Supreme Court of India and also a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators. 

He specializes in the mediation of major conflicts, including business disputes, divorces and custody disputes.  Mr. Sachdeva has been instrumental in establishing an impeccable criminal practice within the Firm QLegal & is the Co founder of the Firm. Ms.Akansha Luthra has extensive experience in a variety of commercial and intellectual property rights (IPR) law issues, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), de-mergers, restructuring, corporate insolvency and bankruptcy, winding up, stamp laws, and banking law issues.

She has been making regular appearances before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), District Courts, and High Courts, among other courts and quasi-judicial bodies. She is also involved in the establishment of trusts, LLPs, and companies.

Ms.Sonal Sharma is an expert in intellectual property laws and is well-versed in the banking, labor, and data protection laws and how to comply with them.

She is proficient at writing SLPs, Writ Petitions, term sheets, employment agreements, contract and agreement drafting and interpretation, and term sheets.

Mr. Inder Attri is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Law and has a diploma in Economics (Hons) from the prestigious St. Stephen’s College under Delhi University. He joined QLegal in 2023 after a brief stint in St. Petersburg, Russia as an executive legal council for the Russian Government. His areas of expertise include arbitration, civil, commercial, real estate and litigation and counseling. He represents clients and appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) and District Courts
