QLegal is an exclusive full-service dispute resolution firm that handles litigation and arbitration on behalf of its clients. Co-founders Mr. Rakesh Sachdeva and Mr. Shibabrata Bhaumik operate from three offices, two in Noida and one in New Delhi.

We started our legal services with a focus on the Delhi High Court and the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, but over the years we have expanded our legal vision to ensure our presence in all district & Session courts and tribunals in the National Capital Region. (NCR). Our clients often use our services to resolve disputes at pan-India level as well.

We regularly deal with a large number of routine and corporate and commercial disputes. We have also built a niche practice in domestic and international arbitration. 

Our criminal practice has grown significantly over the last decade and we have handled a number high profile cases including the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Economic Offence Wing (EOW) and Special Criminal Courts.
